$100 penalty per ton for entire load if out
of county
waste is found in load. 3 offenses then banned.

Residential and Commercial, Municipal Solid Waste, and all Blue
bag Recyclables from participating cities and rural residents.
NO large or bulky items (as in tarps, big plastic items) no
furniture, pallets, wood, or metal.
Construction and Demolition Landfill
Material accepted:
Material used in construction of building or remodeling, or
demolition of a building. All wood items, pallets, wooden
furniture (as in dressers, chairs, headboards, tables, etc.)
Material Not Accepted
Asbestos, animal waste, and dead animal carcasses, free liquids,
hazardous waste, infectious waste.
Hazardous waste can be setup as
appointments.
